Significant delays in uploading files to the Internet by FTP. Fortunately, the Internet server remains on-line, so, no problems there.

There are still many images to be edited. It is unlikely that they will be edited and loaded today. I repeat my previous point that this should be recognised as a full-time function during an exercise such as this.

Bus numbers 7,10a, 10 b,12a & 12b, 62 and the 49, all turned up at the same time at the West Denton shops. This could be because of different traffic flows, all coming together at the same stop at the same time. Checking the individual timetables they would be 2 or 3 minutes apart, so any hold up in traffic flow would cause them to bunch up.

Possible causes could include Barrack Road roadworks, affecting the 62/63 route and the the 12a and 12b. Congestion around Central & Barrass Bridge could affect the number 10a & 10b routes.Congestion around Gosforth High Street could affect the number 7 and 49 routes.

On the route covered by 62 & 63, plus 12, 12a & 12b also for the 10a & 10b, as they get near school time they bunch up because the later buses are slowing down to pick up more children, producing a service gap. The frequency returns to normal after the school period. This is not so pronounced in the afternoon as the children tend to hang around and chat with their friends and are not in a hurry to catch the bus.
