The template system design of the website is working well and we are making regular email contact with our colleagues at Moor Park.

The sheer volume of image editing at this stage is overwhelming. It would have been useful to engage a person simply on image editing.

At 09.10hrs the last of the survey teams have started moving to key locations. Ready to catch the start of the concessionary pass rush. However, it is unlikely to be a 'rush' given the state of the weather. The low volume of passengers is affecting the service in that most services appear to be running on time.

At 09.25 Hrs, Steve and Philip started on the 21 service negotiating the roadworks at Scotswood through to Lemington where they are taking a survey from people in sheltered accommodation in order to 'shelter' from the rain!.

However, Steve and Philip have found that many of the elderly people have given up on the bus service completely and have reverted to using taxis. The 37 bus was the most convenient for them BUT the service has been withdrawn leaving them with a 15 minute walk to the nearest bus stop!

At 0950 Hrs, all the teams report that there are few people around at the moment. There appear to be very few timekeeping problems.

At 10.00 Hrs, we discover that we are being watched by our North Tyneside colleagues at Moor Park Community Centre. Many thanks to them for joining in with the exercise.
