		When it comes to helping people equip themselves to find work, CSV sparkles. We have forged partnerships with voluntary, statutory and private organisations over many years. We are proud of our record of offering quality training to young people and adults in the North East and we have built up a strong, local presence within the communities we serve. Much of our training is directly linked to jobsearch activity as we deliver a varied range of training opportunities for government departments. Our service is available to anyone who meets the criteria for entry into government programmes. We pride ourselves on being able to match our trainees to the requirements of employers. Some of the disadvantaged groups we encourage include refugees, people with physical disabilities, people with criminal records, people recovering from mental health problems, young people and those whom other training providers have rejected. Work placements are an important part of many of our programmes. They involve matching employers with trained people who have come through CSV’s nationally recognised and accredited training courses. Recruitment does not have to be a lottery. By recruiting through us you can be sure that your new staff will be competent and trained to national standards.
