You can comment on the bus service in your area by using NEAT's WAP database.

Go to the Gelon homepage.
 In the text box to the left enter the following:-
http://www.newcastlehubs.com/neat/neat.lasso
Press Wapalize.

On the mobile phone display, enter the service number, minutes late or early and the name of the bus stop divided by commas.
For example, 12, -11, West Denton Shops would mean the 12 service is running 11 minutes late at West Denton Shops.

Finally, press on 'Next, Click Here' and you will see a message thanking you for your submission.


View an Excel spreadsheet which contains test data for the exercise. This spreadsheet demonstrates how this technique could equally be applied to another public service, for example, logging hospital waiting times.
